My condo is located directly on the beach. The balcony is about 10 feet wide by 20 feet long. The allure and social atmosphere at the condo is incredible. Just down the road in Pensacola is Joe Patti's seafood market where you can stock up on your favorite fresh catches. If you prefer not to cook Orange Beach and Gulf shores have lots of great places to eat.

This condo's proximity to the beach is to die for. To access the beach all you have to do is walk right out the catwalk and onto the beach. The building has two pools and two hot tubs. There is a large gazebo with 4 gas grills that are free for you to use while you stay here.

The condo can sleep a total of 8 people. There are two bedrooms that can sleep 6 adults. There is a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room that can sleep two more people. With regards to bathing, there are two and a half full bathrooms, a jetted tub, and three toilets. There is a utility room in the condo with a washer and dryer that you may use.

If you would like to watch a little television while you are here we have a cable package that contains the basic channels. Oh, and we have free wifi.
