1. Sunscreen: Please use non-aerosol sunscreen; spray types stain the balcony.
2. Entry Code: You must have your code before traveling. Contact Dennis (318-272-0951) if you don't have it.
3. Check-in/Out: In after 4pm CST; Out by 10am CST. Email signed forms to Dennis@CondoRentalOrangeBeach.com.
4. Non-Smoking: $250 fee for smoking inside.
5. No Pets: $250 fee for pets. HOA rules strictly prohibit them.
6. Deposit: $250 damage/reservation deposit required (often included in VRBO/AirBnB fees).
7. Payment: 50% due 60 days before arrival; balance due 30 days before arrival.
8. Cancellations: Refunds are not provided, but rescheduling is allowed for future credit (excluding holidays).
9. Monthly Rentals: 120-day cancellation notice required.
10. Occupancy: Maximum 8 persons.
11. Parking: Limit 2 vehicles. Spot #407 in garage, and one overflow spot.
12. Liability: Owners not responsible for accidents or lost valuables. Guests assume all risks.
13. Internet: Provided "as-is" and not guaranteed as mission-critical.
14. Hold Harmless: Renter agrees to indemnify owners per LSA-R.S. 9:3221.
